Elisande of the Frozen Tower in the Tangle

This archmage is as powerful as any known to this day. No one is quite sure of his age as he was old when the oldest of elves were but children. He is no longer human as he has found a way to combine magic with mortal physiology and has created the race of the Arcanatron. Through the use of Bioarcane items he has turned people into a mesh of magic items and flesh.
